Market Research Data 

All data is securely stored and usually stored and analysed anonymously. If for any reason, personal details are collected, these are for the sole reason of conducting market research and personal details are only stored with explicit permission of the respondent or research participant. In these instances, Insight Hub Global Ltd is the controller of such data. It may also be the data processor of client and/or supplier data. Personal market research data is kept for the minimum necessary period for the purposes of the market research study for which it is obtained and then securely deleted.

Insight Hub Global Ltd is the controller for data collection of employees and contractors. All data is held securely in compliance with the GDPR. 

Client and Supplier Non-Market Research Data 

All client and supplier non-market research data is held securely in compliance with the GDPR. Insight Hub Global Ltd is the data processor of client and supplier data. 

Marketing Data 

Marketing communications will only be sent to individuals who have given permission for their personal contact details to be stored and used for marketing purposes by Insight Hub Global Ltd for purposes such as being informed of webinars, products and services offered by Insight Hub Global Ltd, information or events which Insight Hub believes may be of interest. Where consent has been given for marketing purposes, individuals have the right to remove their consent at any time by email. All personal details are stored securely in compliance with the GDPR. Insight Hub Global Ltd is the controller of marketing data.
